Diagnóstico diferencial entre anorexia nerviosa y bulimia nerviosa.

Abstract

Eating disorders are diseases that affect people on an organic, psychological and social level. Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa are one of the most common diagnoses of ACTs, characterized by food restriction, episodes of bulluses and purgative behaviors. In them is mainly affected their perception of body image, anxiety, emotional deregulation, family functioning, among others. It is possible to arrive at a diagnosis through different inventories, tests, questionnaires such as the Inventory of Eating Disorders Edi-3, Food Disorder Diagnostic Scale EDDS, Beck Anxiety and Depression Inventory. The intervention for its treatment should be immediately, with a specialized and multidisciplinary team where they address nutrition, medical, psychiatric and psychological complications. As you can see these disorders have similarities in terms of their concepts, clinical manifestations and that is why through an updated bibliographic review has sought to highlight the differences of these two AN and BN disorders to be clear what the differential diagnosis would be between them.
