Abstract

In the planning and execution of civil works; there are questions at the time of making an approximation of time in which said work can conclude, putting in specified different methods to be able to perform as approximate as possible and that provides reliability in very high results so that it does not represent a bad planning of work. The present work will focus on determining the budget and the schedule of the potable water and paving network, in the prairies neighborhood in the Passage canton of the province of El Oro, helping us with Microsoft Excel and Project in this way to guarantee the correct correction of the results, taking into account that the sector already has sanitary sewer. Through the use of the aforementioned software, it was possible to determine the items, unit prices, labor, highlighting the benefits of an electronic sheet, the construction of the table that determined the duration per item has been achieved, allowing the link with the design of assessed schedules and physical progress. The focus of the study concluded in obtaining the total duration of the civil works, with the technical and environmental responsibility involved in planning our drinking water network for this sector; proposal that will allow a safe execution of work without problems of delays.
