Abstract

With the technological advances of the 21st century, we see that many companies are at the forefront and aligned to these constant changes, but there are also companies that are not new technologies as an economic and competitive advantage for their efficient growth, as well as to improve the times, the comfort, the employees, the suppliers, the partners with whom they interact in a constant way. New forms of communication have revolutionized the world, technology has been the luxury and privilege and has become a fundamental element in the personal and business world; Meetings are always once they are increasingly used as they are offered to businesses in an innovative and safe manner. Many of the advantages in virtual meetings, however, there are also some notable disadvantages, the development of relationships is very important in the business world, but if companies have too many virtual meetings together the relationship with personal contact is lost and intimate that the lack of coordination of these elements leads to the failure of a virtual meeting. To do this, we have compiled information from several authors of scientific journals, in order to analyze this field offered by ICT for continuous improvement and innovation of companies.
