Descripción : La enuresis es la liberación de orina repetida que sucede de forma espontánea y suele ocurrir durante el sueño, es frecuente durante la noche y ocurre en la infancia. Existen dos tipos de enuresis: enuresis primaria si el menor nunca logró el control de micción y enuresis secundaria cuando controló esfínteres y repentinamente vuelve a ocurrir. Este trastorno está asociado a múltiples factores psicológicos, ambientales, conductuales y patológicos. Para el psicodiagnóstico de este problema se debe realizar un proceso riguroso que consiste en una evaluación que emplea diversos instrumentos y técnicas psicológicas, donde es importante la colaboración de sus cuidadores. El presente ensayo: Psicodiagnóstico y propuesta de plan terapéutico en un niño de nueve años con enuresis, tuvo como objetivo fundamentar el psicodiagnóstico en un caso de enuresis y proponer un plan de intervención a través de una revisión bibliográfica descriptiva. Mediante los análisis de diferentes test y técnicas empleados se evidenció que el infante presenta problemas emocionales, baja autoestima, aislamiento, agresividad, conducta inadecuada, baja satisfacción y cohesión familiar. Se diagnosticó indicar que, según el manual DSM-V con F98.0 Enuresis (307.6) asociado a problemas emocionales, por lo que se propone un plan intervención desde el enfoque cognitivo-conductual que incluyen técnicas dirigidas tanto a los cuidadores como al niño.
Resumen : Enuresis is the release of repeated urine that happens spontaneously and usually occurs during sleep, it is frequent during the night and happens in childhood. There are two types of enuresis: primary enuresis, if the child never achieved the control of urination and secondary enuresis when he controlled sphincters and suddenly reoccurs. This disorder is associated with multiple psychological, environmental, behavioral, and pathological factors. For the psychodiagnosis of this problem, it is necessary to carry out a rigorous process that consists of an evaluation that employs various psychological tools and techniques, where the collaboration of its carers is important. The present essay: Psychodiagnosis and proposed therapeutic plan in a nine-year-old child with enuresis, aimed to substantiate psychodiagnosis in a case of enuresis and propose an intervention plan through a descriptive bibliographical review. Through the analysis of different tests and techniques used it was evident that the infant presents emotional problems, low self-esteem, isolation, aggression, inadequate behavior, low satisfaction and family cohesion.
