Propuesta de implementación de fortalecimiento organizativo de los productores de arroz de la parroquia La Cuca del cantón Arenillas

Abstract

In this research, a proposal was made of organizational strengthening for rice producers (Oryza sativa) of the agro-business corporation Arenillas "Coagro" belonging to the parish of the canton of Arenillas, to improve the structure Organizational and management of the corporation with its partners, and the time training them on the production costs they have when producing rice, the importance of associations within the agricultural sector lies in the work together that They have all the members, it makes the products that generate have greater output and better quality for the end consumers and give facilities of acquisition. The production of rice cultivation is one of the most important areas of the agricultural field as it is one of the non-oil products that contributes to the national GDP with 1.55% considering that the whole agricultural sector currently contributes 10% of the GDP , it is also the second most important cereal at global level, this makes the managements that are given to this crop are adequate, so that the agricultural associations intervene directly forming groups of organizations according to the area that is being exploited The different crops, it is there where the corporations and cooperatives rice play their role, where they manage all the producers who are dedicated to cultivate rice, improving, training, cooperating, giving productive benefits to each one of them, Coagro Contributes to the growth of the farmers who are affiliated, contributing to the development of them through economic, environmental and social aspects, generating sources of employment in La Cuca parish and all the Arenillas Canton, a survey was conducted in the parish La Cuca to the different rice producers associated and not associated, so we obtained various information for the approach of the problem and objectives to reach the principal place of study which is the Coagro, where the president and manager was contacted to To be able to continue the investigation and to be able to interact with all the partners and to carry out the proposal of organizational strengthening according to the flaws observed within the organization, the information obtained in this work was tabulated in Excel, without However, the respective analysis was carried out in the statistical program SPSS in its last version 24.0, in this statistical package were made the graphs in which allowed us to observe and interpret them.
