Intervención del trabajador social ante la comunidad educativa frente a las diferentes problemáticas en el uso y consumo de drogas

Abstract

The present investigation is directed in analyze the intervention of the social worker before the educative community in front of the different problematic ones in the use and consumption of drugs. The bibliographic review technique is adopted taking into consideration the contribution of authors such as: Roa y Torres 2014; Vázquez, Muñoz y Fierro 2014; Melo y Jaimes 2015; Caravaca, Nohy y Hamilton 2015; Puentes 2016; Villatoro y Medina 2016; Aguirre, Aldana y Bonilla 2017; Barreto 2017; Castro y Pérez 2017; Centurión y Rodríguez 2017; Jumbo, Merino y Espinoza 2017; Yépez, Yépez, Morales y Urdinango 2017; Loor, Hidalgo y Macías 2018. The consumption of drugs is a problem that affects this group of priority attention, its consequences are serious for their physical and mental health, and in their social, family and educational environment. From Social Work is proposed the implementation of the methodology of community self-development to address the consumption of drugs from the educational community. It’s concluded that the social worker plays an essential role in an educational institution around the problem of drugs use. His role as counselor, advisor and trainer, seeks the welfare of the educational community through the implementation of strategies and methodologies that provide the tools and knowledge necessary to address the use of drugs in adolescents, seeking comprehensive intervention.
