Incidencia de factores internos y externos en el desempeño organizacional de la empresa fruta RICA S.A.

Abstract

The present investigation is focused on the strategic analysis in charge of uniting the commercial strengths with the opportunities of the market for the fulfillment of the objectives of the company "Fruta Rica SA", it is determined through the analysis of the internal and external factors that allows to define what is the performance of the company, for it will be elaborated diverse matrices as: swot matrix and quantitative matrix of strategic planning (MCPE); that allow to examine the internal and external factors that affect business competitiveness for greater success. As a result of the investigation through the application of the matrices it was determined that there are different environmental factors in which opportunities can be seized and threats reduced. Internally the organization has good strengths but there are certain weaknesses that negatively affect the activities of the company, so it has been oriented to propose strategies that contribute to the growth and consolidation of the business.
