Abstract

The present work shows a comparison between customs regimes to find the best option when importing a welding machine from Peru, in this case a contrast of the costs will be made between the regimes of importation for consumption and personal effects of the traveler; The savings and benefits presented by applying this regulation correctly will be analyzed. This work seeks to contribute with the knowledge on the application of the customs regimes mentioned above, and their import costs to contribute to the various professionals in this area, it is important to mention that the basis for this work is the Organic Code of Production, Commerce and Investments (COPCI), as well as the bibliographic revision of indexed texts and journals, which guarantees the quality and truthfulness of this case study.
