Abstract

Ecuador is recognized as the main exporter of bananas worldwide for its strong participation in the international market, its competitive advantage is to offer a banana of excellent flavor, quality and longer shelf life and these characteristics have been obtained from its privileged ground that is suitable for cultivation and excellent climatic conditions. Some government institutions work together with the state, producers and exporters to exploit the potential of the fruit and follow up new potential markets with the aim of boosting exports, giving rise to the entry of foreign currency which is the main axis for the emergence of the country's economy. The company Oro Banana has decided to enter a new market and to achieve a successful negotiation will depend on its business vision and administrative management. In this way, the objective of the investigation is to establish the administrative, operational and customs activities that are carried out for the export of banana of the conventional type of the company Oro Banana S.A. to turquia.Key words: export, incoterms, banana and customs regimes. For the development of the research the exploratory method was used to have a better understanding in relation to the subject. primary and secondary sources, such as scientific journals, books, foreign trade bulletins, and also the legal basis of the organic code book of production, trade and investment (COPCI), were selected.
