Abstract

The general objective of this work was to analyze the anticipated delivery of goods and additional costs of the international sale of goods in the field of international economic law. The research was carried out using a qualitative methodology, taking information from current articles in the legal bases, which are embodied in the legal framework, in addition to the review of scientific articles. We conclude that we are in breach of contract incurred by the seller, so the buyer must demand compensation for damages and payment of all additional costs.
