Gestión de certificados en la ventanilla única ecuatoriana para que las empresas ecuatorianas puedan exportar chocolate al mercado de Holanda.

Abstract

Exports are a great help in the economy of a country, allow companies to expand and cross borders, for this they must comply with documents required by the foreign client. The realization of the present case has allowed to identify based on regulations, legislation, national and international instructions, the process that an ecuadorian chocolate exporter must perform through the Ventanilla Única Ecuatoriana (VUE), an electronic tool implemented by the Servicio Nacional de Aduana del Ecuador, to obtain documents required by the Dutch market. Among the documents are the sanitary registry, lot warranty certificate, free sale certificate and certificate of origin, which are important to access the European market. This work is a guide to manage certificates in the VUE related to the export of chocolate. The scope of the investigation is descriptive, fundamental to define and establish a process that is clear and concise, for a better understanding.
