Abstract

The international sale of goods and services (international trade), is considered for many countries as a source of income, because no one State is self-sufficient to produce everything its population demands. Due to the need to control and harmonize this exchange of goods and services, many countries organized and created: the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and de UNIDROIT Principles, among others; in order to determine obligations and rights to the subjects participating in international sales contracts. That’s why this work aims is identify the applicable rules for nonconformity of goods in international sales contracts by reviewing the aforementioned legal regulations. The type of research is qualitative, because the subjectivity and opinion of the author participate after a documentary analysis of the aforementioned laws.
