Análisis del perfil del turista del cantón Huaquillas para el aprovechamiento de los recursos turísticos.

Abstract

The canton Huaquillas belonging to the province of the gold, it is a place recognized national and internationally due to his cross-border trade in where the purchase and sale of merchandise in a habitual activity realized day after day. With the production of this work one tries to analyze the profile of the tourist who visits Huaquillas, by means of the study of motivations, frequency, demographic aspects, the satisfaction and disadvantages found during his visit. The compilation of information was obtained a fieldwork by the support of the observation insitu, the consultation in documentary sources of organisms as Mintur, Gad, UNWTO, SNI. The results of the investigation demonstrate a varied visit the man and women being national and international, demonstrating that the trade is one of the most valued motivations followed by the gastronomy, showing him a persons' traffic every day mainly. During his demurrage the visitors considered her to be like satisfactory since his activities had been fulfilled by normality, a deficit is outlined as for services tourist due to the scanty knowledge on attention and service. This result they will be a way to incite to that actors like private, public servants and organisms formulate strategies in order to improve the offer of tourist services inside the canton thereby to achieve a better utilization of the different attractions in Huaquillas.
