Análisis para el financiamiento de un proyecto de inversión en la empresa UTMACH S.A.

Abstract

The present investigative work was carried out with the purpose; establish the most viable alternative, which best suits the company's ability to pay, through a study of local financial entities for the acquisition of an investment loan to UTMACH S.A. The type of research that was conducted is a mixed approach, using the analytical method that allows us to reach the precise information for the solution of the proposed case, using research techniques; interview and analysis of documents, supplemented with bibliographic references of scientific journals, emphasizing our object of study. Information was collected from financial institutions on the requirements for the granting of credits for legal entities, based on the information provided, making a comparison, which is the most viable, for the company. The case study was resolved, with its respective monthly, quarterly and semi-annual payments, as well as the preparation of the amortization tables by the French and German method. In conclusion, it has been determined that BanK Pacific is the best feasible alternative to acquire credit. To make the respective payment of the monthly, quarterly and semester installments, the most convenient option is to pay for the German method. Considering that the company has the financial capacity to pay its debts both in the short and long term, in the established times.
