Abstract

The present study allowed us to analyze all information regarding operational processes, including its importance, emphasizing why the company must have a process record that allows them to improve their control during production and marketing of products. The problem of control of processes and subprocesses in production companies is more recurrent in our country, because most managers or managers perform the management based on their experience and have not formally established through a record the processes that be fully met by each of your employees. The analysis allowed suggesting within the process system that exists in the company proposals that will allow you to optimize your operational resources, achieving a better performance and generating greater profitability.
