Abstract

This project has focused on the design of the strategic map for the correct management of internal processes in the company DIESFRUT is strategically located in the city of Machala, taking into account that it is guided based on experiences and stories that occurred during the course of time, the handling of a business relationship is not taken into account, it is an information management approach. , know the real situation of the Company to achieve proposed objectives. It has been taken into account that in this investigation it has become a cross-sectional descriptive methodology, a survey is carried out with 30 employees and 70 clients. The result obtained was the design of the strategic map focused on the improvement of internal activities, due to an incorrect management of the strategic plan taking into account the creation of matrices for its operation, which must compete in the market, achieving a competitive advantage. Optimization of the internal processes, the adequate result and the efficiency in the decision making. Finally, read the strategic map to comply with the strategies implemented in the internal and external analysis matrices, in the area where the analysis is performed.
