Abstract

The present study aims the graphic representation of the production process of the company Paletera Armijos applying pictorial diagrams for a better understanding of them, applying the descriptive and exploratory method, as well as field research (observation sheet) perform a clear and accurate analysis of the situation. In addition to collecting information for the development of the study, identify each stage of the production process and translate it through a graphical flow chart, which is a tool for graphic representation or illustrative of the processes production, which allows employees to better understand them; as well as reducing costs and training time, as a conclusion that proves that the pictorial diagram is a tool that helps detect processes as critical, of control and over which operators are identified with their work process.
