Abstract

In the business world there are disagreements between the different organizations, which is why the focus of this research is aimed at solving the conflict that exists between the companies El Éxito and Comercial Impacto, collecting information about the origin of the litigation for a plot of 5 hectares that is coming trying for 3 years without reaching a concrete solution. The objective that was proposed to the parties was the application of mediation mechanisms. The study was based on the collection of information fromscientific articles related to conflict resolution, in addition thedescriptive methodology was applied through which a directobservation of the case was achieved and the facts that ledto the identification of the Causes of the conflict. Knowing that mediation is an alternative way to solveconflicts where two parties intervene with an impartialperson mediator who allows to facilitate dialogue with thesole objective of reaching an agreement that benefits thetwo parties that It has the same value as a judgment issuedby a judge. It was decided to apply the aforementioned mechanism inorder to solve the dispute between the companies invoke inthe law of arbitration and mediation that allowed the closureof a successful negotiation.
