Identificar los cambios esenciales de la norma ISO9001:2008 a la norma ISO9001:2015 para la implementación del S.G.C. en Graiman.

Abstract

Quality management is a branch of business administration that has become increasingly important, replicated through standardization organizations that issue requirements to accredit and raise the level of security in the companies that comply with them. In Ecuador, the norm for implementing a most used Quality Management System is ISO 9001, however, most of the companies have not adapted the latest version. For this reason, the GRAIMAN company is taken as an object of study and the objective was to determine the transcendental changes of the ISO 9001 standard by comparing the 2015 version with the 2008 version for the correct implementation of a S.G.C. A descriptive cross-sectional investigation was used in 2018 to evaluate the transition process and make a value proposal to expedite it. The results of the investigation were that the company needs to implement a CRM system, reform the documentation processes and carry out a campaign to disseminate the changes with its collaborators to complete the adaptation of the 2015 version. It is concluded that this regulation could be adapted from different ways in companies, in GRAIMAN five activities were implemented to make the transition.
