Abstract

The objective of the investigation is to apply the process of nursing care in children under 6 years of age by the accidents of aspiration of foreign objects in the airway, in the plan of interventions is prioritized in the care to provide a ate Nción to meet the needs and offer a new lifestyle, the recurrent one that aggravates health by the ingestion of foreign bodies are the coins followed by the food bowls, nuts and small pieces of toys. The main signs and symptoms are the difficulty of breathing it varies where the body, size, age of the patient is lodged, putting at risk the life of the human being the same that can be extracted by endoscopy or surgery. The nursing theory that I relate to is the health promotion of hanging because it is aimed at parents or caregivers on education in the promotion and prevention of child care to avoid accidents. The intervention in the handling of the aspirations of the foreign objects in the airway is of vital importance for the professional to be able to reduce the mortality in the users. This research carried out has a methodology in which a retrospective descriptive study is applied.
