dc.descriptionEl desarrollo de enfermería ha cambiado irreversiblemente mediante la evolución de la ciencia. La enfermera de salud pública, cumple un rol vital y trascendental en el quehacer sanitario actuando de manera importante en lo que hoy se conoce como la medicina del futuro, es decir los cuidados de la vida y la salud. Enfermería es promoción, prevención, educación para la salud y sobre todo cuidado directo e indirecto del paciente, familia y comunidad, cumpliendo las principales actividades en los planes asistenciales, administrativo, de docencia e investigación. El rol de enfermería es primordial, debido a que guían a las personas en general al cuidado de su salud. El desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo, es realizado mediante el método analítico, teniendo como objetivo la identificación de roles y funciones de enfermería a nivel comunitario y hospitalario, con la finalidad de orientar los cuidados mejorando la calidad de vida mediante la atención holística. Por ello la atención primaria y secundaria busca el desarrollo de diversas competencias que nos permita integrar un nuevo modelo de atención en donde se promueva el bienestar de las personases_ES
dc.description.abstractThe development of nursing has irreversibly changed through the evolution of science. The public health nurse plays a vital and transcendental role in the health work, acting in an important way in what is now known as the medicine of the future, that is, the care of life and health. Nursing is promotion, prevention, education for health and above all direct and indirect care of the patient, family and community, fulfilling the main activities in the care, administrative, teaching and research plans. The role of nursing is paramount, because they guide people in general to take care of their health. The development of this research work is carried out through the analytical method, having as objective the identification of roles and functions of nursing at community and hospital level, with the purpose of guiding care by improving the quality of life through holistic care. Therefore, primary and secondary care seeks the development of various skills that allow us to integrate a new model of care in which the well-being of people is promotedes_ES
