Whose activity is the commercialization of furniture of all kinds and mattresses for the home, in this research the qualitative and descriptive methodology will be used in which it will be verified if the company correctly uses the forms in the different areas it has; likewise if these forms are being used in the correct way as stipulated by the regulator, which is the SRI Internal Revenue Service. A comparative criterion will be used on the different models of forms that it has, such as credit notes, invoices and referral guides, among others; Likewise, each of the steps is detailed to verify that the forms are correctly validated by the SRI, the codifications that each form has will be analyzed and this way it is determined which form belongs in each area of the company, each of the items will be evaluated They have each one of the forms through a comparative table that will determine which items the company uses and which ones do not. This study determined that companies use standard formats because they must be under the control of the regulatory body.
