Abstract

International trade is an important part of a country's economic and social growth. The exporting entrepreneurs contribute with the enterprise and organizational development to promote the productive apparatus of Ecuador looking for markets to send their products to cover part of the global demanding market. For the generation of international trade, international conventions and standards have been created to protect the rights of exporters and importers, thus safeguarding their economic and business interests. The objective of the work is to identify the main rights that the exporter has recognized as a subject of law in the field of international sale and purchase of goods and services in order to solve the practical reagent designated in the graduation process as an engineer in international trade. A bibliographic review of the international laws and norms that seek to exercise the right in commercial activities when the contract of international sale of goods and services intervenes. The methodology applied was qualitative for the reason that analyzed the different main legal sources of the United Nations Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods and the principles of UNIDROIT that are being analyzed. The applied technique is the documentary analysis accessing scientific articles, books, legal norms. The focus was the legal one of international economic law.
