Abstract

In the present research work is analyzed the Free Warehouse Regime, its performance, and all the activities that it carries out, as well as the benefits to the travelers, the merchandise that can be acquired and the specific amounts of the same, that is why the information described is acquired from scientific journals, from Book V of the Organic Code of Production, Trade and Investment (COPCI), and from the website of the National Customs Service of Ecuador. The methodology applied in the development of the present work was exploratory, since information related to the Free Warehouse System was researched in diverse scientific sources, likewise the descriptive method was used making known all the articles immersed in the COPCI about this subject, and finally, the explanatory method was used, which allowed to develop ideas and knowledge acquired about the research that was established in said case study.
