Abstract

The present work is a study of SMEs, specifically the managers and beneficiaries of the Bahía Harry Álvarez García society of the Machala canton on the management and direction of their microenterprises, it was necessary to carry out an investigation to a determined number of affiliates so that this It allows us to know the factors that influence the decision making of each of them. Because, research techniques were used, the interview and survey being used, in this way they consent to obtain quantitative, precise and true data about the object of study. The sample consisted of 39 random respondents who responded to the questions posed, these being carried out in three sessions, four board members were also chosen to answer the corresponding form of questions different from those of the partners, more like an interview, being This is the fundamental basis for the analysis and interpretation of the problem that is presented, in this way it was possible to verify the shortcomings that microentrepreneurs maintain when managing their inputs. The research also analyzes in part the economic changes found in the association as a response to the economic impact of the country, proving the influence that these have on microentrepreneurs when managing their economic resources, returning to see the main problem.
