Abstract

The research is carried out in view of the global changes that are generated in the current business world, due to the increasing technological progress of today, the compilation of theories of modern authors will help to understand the subject of the investigation, that is why that the objective is to expose the existing reality in modern administrative management of the business managers of the city of Machala, through the observation and analysis of its actors, in order to have a current business perspective, an analysis of different perspectives will be presented. the use of interviews and surveys that allow us to have a clear idea about the capabilities of an administrator and of their management in today's world. Our work is based on knowing if the professionals who manage companies have updated knowledge and how they have adapted to technological changes. Based on this and the results obtained through valid bases, our hypothesis was affirmed, it is also essential to know if the people who are preparing academically find it important and necessary to study topics related to modern administrative management.
