Abstract

The present work is based on process management, specifically in the procedures that are the activities to be followed to achieve a specific purpose, as the objective was the development of key procedures for a service company, with the purpose of serving as a reference for organizations dedicated to the service sector. The methodology used was the interviews to know how things are being done and also to establish improvements in these activities. As results of the work three procedures considered key for the institution were elaborated. These procedures were considered critical points, motivated by the number of procedures presented daily these procedures are the following request for payment roles, bank account change solution procedure, and teacher relocation procedure from one educational institution to another. The purpose of the same is that they are considered and applied not only to this but to companies of all kinds, and belonging to different sectors.
