Abstract

The companies no matter their size or productive activity, are under an obligation to identify all of the internal or external agents involved in the operationalization of its productive activities, it is a good idea to make use of diagnostic tools that enable them to maximize the efficiency of their activities and minimize errors. Hence, the initiative to develop the present investigative work whose theme is "Diagnosis of the COTISA mining company of the city of Santa Rosa", in the same will be based and argue what is the study SWOT and Pareto chart, so that the same aims to perform a situational diagnosis through a strategic analysis of the SWOT and Pareto chart that will allow the optimization of the productive and administrative activities of the COTISA mining company of the city of Santa Rosa. It should be noted, moreover, that the methodology of the research is qualitative-quantitative, that is to say, that will make use of the conceptual and contextual variables which are the object of study.
