Diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa camaronera “Mi Rosita” de la ciudad de Santa Rosa.

Abstract

The intention of this degree work it's about to make a situational diagnostic through a strategic analysis SWOT and Pareto diagram that allows the optimization of administrative and productive activities of the shrimp farm company "MI ROSITA" in Santa Rosa city. The research metodology that will be make in this work is a deductive method with descriptive reach, then research techniques will be applied, they're the interview and observation. The variables of the measurment will be the SWOT analysis, this techinque is used to show and observe the internal aspectos of the company like the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats that the company owns and that can be solved and improved applying strategies for a good change in the company. Also talks about of the external aspects that are the oportunities and threats that the compnay can't control and depends on what occur in the outside It may or may not affect it. Finally the Pareto diagram will help us to detect problems that exist inside of the company, the graph show us the defects that occur with more frequently, and pay important attention using the necessary resources without wasting effort in the shrimp sector.
