Abstract

The objective of this research work is aimed at analyzing how the elaboration of a process map affects the performance of the human talent of Electro Hogar Electrodomésticos. The methodology used considered the analysis of various bibliographical publications, to identify the most relevant aspects that are closely related to the focus on business processes. Emphasis is placed on the importance of designing a Process Map based on the application of Strategic processes, Operational Processes and Support Processes, to determine the operational functions of the company, in order to meet the needs and requirements of customers, strengthen internal and external opportunities, making decisions that augur the success of the organization within the business world.
