Abstract
En el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla de conformidad con los presupuestos establecidos por el sistema de titulación de la Universidad Técnica de Machala previo a la Obtención del Título de Abogado de la Juzgados y Tribunales de la República del Ecuador, cuyo tema de investigación es ACCIÓN DE PROTECCIÓN COMO GARANTÍA JURISDICCIONAL PARA EL CONTROL DEL PODER PÚBLICO; en el que se analiza la importancia normativa de esta garantía jurisdiccional, así como su vinculación con otros principios constitucionales, destacando la relación del presupuesto constitucional que regula esta garantía con la Ley Orgánica de Garantías Jurisdiccionales, realizando un análisis crítico de la restricciones normativas. El presente estudio destaca la importancia de no desnaturalizar las garantías constitucionales, así como la necesidad de que las regulaciones normativas permitan la aplicación de las garantías jurisdiccionales en su integralidad.

GUARANTEE FOR THE CONTROL OF PUBLIC POWER; in which the normative importance of this jurisdictional guarantee is analyzed, as well as its connection with
other constitutional principles, highlighting the relation of the constitutional budget that regulates this guarantee with the Organic Law of Jurisdictional Guarantees,
carrying out a critical analysis of the normative restrictions. This study highlights the importance of not denaturing constitutional guarantees, as well as the need for
regulatory regulations to allow for the application of jurisdictional guarantees in their entirety.
