| dc.description | Inventories have a great economic impact within any company, and this depends on adopting policies that help maintain the same, with its administration being the main problem, since it incurs an expense if there is too much time in stock; for this it is necessary to implement alternatives that reduce costs, improve efficiency and the service provided to customers. There are inventory models that allow us to reduce costs and increase the productivity of the company, being able to maintain its inventory at a level commensurate with the demand of the product, to avoid shortages and generate profitability, thanks to the collection of historical data and rotation information of the product it was possible to determine the behavior of the demand, guaranteeing an acceptable level of risk that the company can take. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los inventarios tienen un gran impacto económico dentro de toda empresa, y de este depende adoptar políticas que ayuden a mantener al mismo, siendo su administración el problema principal, ya que este incurre en un gasto si se tiene demasiado tiempo en stock; para esto es necesario implementar alternativas que permitan reducir costos, mejorar la eficiencia y el servicio que se brinda a los clientes. Existen modelos de inventarios que nos permiten reducir costos y aumentar la productividad de la empresa, pudiendo mantener su inventario en un nivel acorde a la demanda del producto, para evitar la escasez y generar rentabilidad, gracias a la recopilación de información de datos históricos y rotación del producto se pudo determinar el comportamiento de la demanda, garantizando un nivel aceptable de riesgo que puede tomar la empresa. | es_ES |
