| dc.description | In this research work is developed in accordance with the budgets established by the titling system of the Technical University of Machala prior to obtaining the title of Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic of Ecuador, whose research topic is LA COMPETENCE OF THE JUDGE IN CASES OF CONTENTIOUS DIVORCES; work that presents the analysis that the incompetent judge has in the cases of contentious divorces by reason of the domicile and that the Cogep indicates what is the procedure that the judge must take, since it does not necessarily lead to a partial or total nullity of the cause , rather it allows that everything acted by the incompetent judge pass to a competent judge and that continues continuing with the process. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla de conformidad con los presupuestos establecidos por el sistema de titulación de la Universidad Técnica de Machala previo a la Obtención del Título de Abogado de los Juzgados y Tribunales de la República del Ecuador, cuyo tema de investigación es LA COMPETENCIA DEL JUEZ EN LOS CASOS DE DIVORCIOS CONTENCIOSOS; trabajo que presenta el análisis que tiene el juez incompetente en los casos de divorcios contenciosos en razón del domicilio y que el Cogep indica cual es el procedimiento que tiene que llevar el juez, ya que necesariamente no conlleva a una nulidad parcial ni total de la causa, más bien permite que todo lo actuado por el juez incompetente pase a un juez competente y que siga continuando con el proceso. | es_ES |
