| Descripción : | In the present investigation, we deal with the relationship of the labor climate that exists in the Technical University of Machala. (Percino Medina, 2015) In this 21st century it is very important to keep employees with great satisfaction where they feel comfortable in their work area. The obtained systematics that we are going to execute is the quantitative investigation. The data was obtained from the same establishment where 600 employees work between teachers and administrative staff, where we will analyze by means of a survey using 10 questions where we will know the doubts that each worker of said institution has. We will use the Likert model with a scale of 1 to 5, our population employees of the institution named above where we will apply a weighting and reach the result of this research and know the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the work climate that is lived in the Technical University of Machala. To finish we will obtain exactly what doubts the teachers and the administrative personnel obtain and that they need to feel comfortable in this institution. |
| Resumen : | En la presente investigación, tratamos sobre la relación del clima laboral que existe en la Universidad Técnica de Machala. (Percino Medina, 2015) En este siglo XXI es muy importante mantener a los empleados con mucha satisfacción en donde se sientan a gusto en su área de trabajo. La sistemática obtenida que vamos a ejecutar es la investigación cuantitativa. Los datos fueron obtenidos del mismo establecimiento donde laboran 600 empleados entre docentes y personal administrativo, en donde vamos analizar por medio de una encuesta utilizando 10 preguntas en donde vamos a saber las dudas que posee cada trabajador de dicha institución. Vamos a utilizar el modelo de Likert con una escala del 1 al 5, nuestra población los empleados de la institución nombrada anteriormente en donde aplicaremos una ponderación y llegar al resultado de esta investigación y conocer la satisfacción e insatisfacción del clima laboral que se vive en la Universidad Técnica de Machala. Para finalizar obtendremos con exactitud que dudas obtengan los docentes y el personal administrativo y que necesiten para sentirse a gusto en dicha institución. |
