Abstract
En la presente investigación, durante el siguiente análisis se pudo determinar en el Ecuador factores que tuvieron incidencia económica, el desplome del precio del barril de petróleo, políticas internas como las salvaguardias y el incremento del IVA que también fueron componentes que afectaron las negociaciones en el Mercado Bursátil, el inversionista ante el terror de un colapso del país y ante la posible pérdida de su capital se reservó el realizar transacciones con títulos valores, esto produjo una escasa demanda de estos certificados mercantiles, y se evidencia una susceptibilidad ante circunstancias que pueden ser endógenas o exógenas en este medio de financiamiento. Por el cual ha sido objeto de estudio para conocer los cambios que pueden influenciar en la relación de compraventa de papeles comerciales, para tener la capacidad de tomar decisiones y tener una visión de los riesgos y beneficios que brinda esta herramienta como lo es la Bolsa de Valores, en la cual es oportuna una cultura bursátil además de una evaluación del funcionamiento de este sistema para aumentar la posibilidad de obtener una rentabilidad.

For which it has been the object of study to know the changes that can influence in the relation of sale of commercial papers, to have the capacity to make decisions and to have a vision of the risks and benefits provided by this tool such as the Stock Exchange Values, which is timely a stock market culture as well as an evaluation of the operation of this system to.
