| Descripción : | The following investigative work entitled RISK FACTORS INFLUENCING SEVERE ACUTE SEVERE ASTHMA AND DESIGN OF A PREVENTIVE NURSING PLAN aims to identify the risk factors that influence severe acute asthma and the development of a prevention plan for this pathology. Prior to the elaboration of this research, information was obtained through the search for articles in scientific journals, and journals such as the World Health Organization (WHO) were consulted, identifying the risk factors that favor this disease and obtaining Data on mortality worldwide and in the country. Asthma is more frequent and severe in children than in adults, which is poorly diagnosed and treated during childhood, which is why it becomes complicated, because chronic asthma started in childhood is linked to significant and irreversible damage Of lung function due to airway inflammation that begins at the time of rapid lung growth. According to the WHO, "Asthma is a major respiratory problem that afflicts people of any age and condition around the world and it follows that there are 235 million people with asthma, which is the most common disease in children." Among the risk factors that contribute to the development of this pathology are: respiratory infections, occupational exposure, environmental changes, diet, medications, psychological problems, indoor allergens and environmental pollution. |
| Resumen : | El siguiente trabajo investigativo titulado FACTORES DE RIESGO QUE INFLUYEN EN EL ASMA AGUDA SEVERA Y DISEÑO DE UN PLAN PREVENTIVO DE ENFERMERIA tiene como objetivo identificar los factores de riesgo que influyen en el asma aguda severa y elaboración de un plan de prevención para esta patología. Previo a la elaboración de este trabajo investigativo, se obtuvo información a través de la búsqueda de artículos de revistas científicas, también se consultó revistas como la Organización mundial de la salud (OMS) logrando identificar los factores de riesgo que favorecen a dicha enfermedad y obteniendo datos acerca de la mortalidad a nivel mundial y en el país. El asma es más frecuente y severa en niños que en adultos, la cual es poco diagnosticada y tratada durante la infancia, razón por la cual llega a complicarse, debido a que el asma crónica iniciada en la niñez se vincula con un daño significativo e irreversible de la función pulmonar debido a la inflamación de la vía aérea que comienza en el momento del crecimiento pulmonar rápido. Según la OMS ´´El asma es un importante problema respiratorio que aqueja a personas de cualquier edad y condición en todo el mundo y se deduce que hay 235 millones de personas con asma, que es la enfermedad más frecuente en los niños´´. Entre los factores de riesgo que contribuyen al desarrollo de esta patología son los siguientes: infecciones respiratorias, exposición ocupacional, cambios ambientales, dieta, medicamentos, problemas psicológicos, alérgenos interiores y contaminación ambiental. |
