| Descripción : | Transport has been essential in society since time immemorial and has allowed them to develop into one of the most significant inventions that have been made, by allowing trade and more importantly the exchange of ideas, transportation is the key to everything. Tourism has grown steadily in our country becoming one of the main economic activities. That is why the government, through the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur), together with other public and private entities has created the means and facilities for its growth through laws that favor the sectors involved in this case Tourism Transportation. The tourism law that was modified in the year 2014 specifies that Travel Agencies and Tour Operators can not provide transportation services unless they have two companies to operate. This research had as objective to make an analysis to solve this hypothesis: Is the city of Huaquillas prepared as a tourist center to supply the needs of tourist transportation in terms of quality and service they provide? , I did it with the help of the database of the Mintur, INEC statistical data concerning the outings and entries of people by Huaquillas, to determine the quality of the Terrestrial Tourist Transport service offered by the companies duly support me in what specifies The Regulation of Terrestrial Tourist Transport in terms of the parameters to be met by the Transport and the Driver It was concluded that the only two companies that offer tourist transportation services in the city of Huaquillas such as Transfrosur Cia. Ltda. And Litoral Trans.S.A.They have units in optimal conditions that comply with all the established in the Law,but due to the flow of tourists a company is needed that provides tourist transport to more than 20 people. |
| Resumen : | El transporte es primordial dentro la sociedad desde tiempos inmemorables ya que les permitió desarrollarse transformándose en uno de los inventos mássignificativos que se han hecho, al permitir el comercio y más importante el intercambio de ideas el transporte es la clave de todo. El turismo ha crecido paulatinamente en nuestro País transformándose en uno de las principales actividades económicas. Es por eso que el gobierno mediante el Ministerio de Turismo (Mintur) en conjunto con otras entidades públicas y privadas ha creado los medios y las facilidades para su crecimiento mediante leyes que favorece a los sectores involucrados en este caso el Transporte Turístico. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar un análisis para resolver esta hipótesis: ¿Está preparada la ciudad de Huaquillas como centro turístico para suplir las necesidades de transportación turística en cuanto a calidad y servicio que prestan? , me apoye base de datos del Mintur, Datos estadísticos del INEC referente a las salidas y entradas de personas por Huaquillas, para determinar la calidad del servicio de Transporte Terrestre Turístico que ofrecen las empresas debidamente me apoye en lo que especifica el Reglamento de Transporte TerrestreTurístico . Se concluyó que las dos únicas empresas que ofertan servicios de transporte turístico en la ciudad de Huaquillas como lo son Transfrosur Cia. Ltda. y Litoral Trans.S.A. Cuentan con unidades en óptimas condiciones que cumplen con todos los establecido en la Ley, pero debido al flujo de turistas se necesita una empresa que brinde transporte turístico a más de 20 personas. |
