| dc.description | En el presente artículo se expone un análisis de la facilidad para crear negocios en Ecuador a partir del Doing Business en el periodo 2015-2019. La información proporcionada responde a una serie de 10 indicadores tomados de la base de datos del Banco Mundial, donde se ejemplifica que a partir del año 2015 el país se ha posicionado por debajo del ranking de la tabla pasando del puesto 114 a la 123 en el 2019. Esta investigación posee dos partes una descriptiva y otra explicativa cuya argumentación se fundamenta en los reportes Global Entrepreneurship Monitor de la ESPAE. Los resultados que se obtuvieron muestran problemas sustanciales como una tramitología galopante no resuelta, donde para establecer un negocio se necesita 48.5 días superior a la OCDE (Organización para la Cooperación y Desarrollo Económicos) en la cual se requiere 9.3. Además, existe un déficit de oferta y apoyo financiero en cuanto a préstamos a emprendedores en pequeña escala donde se necesita una baja tasa de interés. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This article presents an analysis of the ease of creating businesses in Ecuador from the Doing Business in the period 2015-2019. The information provided responds to a series of 10 indicators taken from the World Bank database, where it is exemplified that since 2015 the country has positioned itself below the ranking of the table, going from position 114 to 123 in 2019 This research has two parts, one descriptive and the other explanatory, the argumentation of which is based on the GEM reports of the ESPAE. The results obtained show substantial problems such as an unresolved galloping paperwork, where to establish a business it takes 48.5 days higher than the OECD (high-income countries) in which 9.3 is required. In addition, there is a deficit of supply and financial support in terms of loans to small-scale entrepreneurs where a low interest rate is needed. | es_ES |
