dc.description	Las lesiones causadas por el tránsito se han posicionado como uno de los principales problemas de salud pública a nivel mundial; según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), constituían la primera causa de muertes en el mundo. La OMS estima que anualmente cerca de 1.328 millones de personas pierden la vida por accidentes de tránsito y más de 50 millones son víctimas de traumatismos asociados a esta problemática, por ende, el presente artículo de investigación, analizará la perspectiva de la Corte Nacional de Justicia del Ecuador, doctrina nacional e internacional y la norma referente a las infracciones por accidentes de tránsito, y como repercute las decisiones tomadas por los jueces respecto a la indemnización por concepto de reparación integral a las víctimas.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Injuries caused by traffic have positioned themselves as one of the main public health problems worldwide; According to the World Health Organization, they were the first cause of death in the world. The WHO estimates that annually about 1,328 million people lose their lives due to traffic accidents and more than 50 million are victims of injuries associated with this problem, therefore, this research article will analyze the perspective of the National Court of Justice of Ecuador, national and international doctrine and the norm referring to infractions due to traffic accidents, and how it affects the decisions made by the judges regarding compensation for comprehensive reparation to victims.	es_ES
