Resumen:
The capital structure is considered one of the pillars that will sustain the company's development throughout its financial history, since it regulates its composition and therefore the economic effects that this may entail. technically and with due analysis. The present work is based on the financial reality of various companies that present various financing mechanisms within their capital structure and that obtain different results at the end of their economic periods, as well as on the empirical observation of some companies that have established their capital structure without establishing a prior analysis. By virtue of the aforementioned, an analysis of the capital structure is proposed where there is variation in its financing model, with the objective of identifying what is the result obtained in each scenario and what would be the option where the greatest benefit is obtained. Based on the information obtained through the document review technique, the work is carried out.

La estructura de capital se considera como uno de los pilares que sostendrá el desarrollo de la compañía a lo largo de su trayectoria financiera, ya que regula su composición y por ende los efectos económicos que esto puede conllevar, ante ello es importante que su realización sea de forma técnica y con el debido análisis. El presente trabajo se sustenta en la realidad financiera de diversas compañías que presentan dentro de su estructura de capital diversos mecanismos de financiación y que obtienen diferentes resultados al final de sus periodos económicos, así como también en la observación empírica de algunas empresas que han establecido su estructura de capital sin establecer un análisis previo. En virtud de lo mencionado anteriormente, se plantea un análisis de la estructura de capital donde exista variación en su modelo de financiamiento, con el objetivo de identificar cuál es el resultado obtenido en cada escenario y cuál sería la opción donde se obtiene mayor beneficio. En base a la información obtenida mediante técnica de la revisión de documentos se procede al desarrollo del trabajo.
