Resumen:
Corporate Social Responsibility is very important because it refers to the construction of sustainable development, it is a management system that benefits company-collaborators. The objective of the study was to investigate the influence that corporate social responsibility has on unemployment. The sample consisted of 16 years taken from the INEC, a deductive study was carried out, where the descriptive method was used in the period between 2006-2021, through the treatment of statistical data, hence Stata-14 was used where it was applied a time series together with the Holdrick-Prescott filter found on the program. The final results showed that in the month of December, 2021 the unemployment rate tends to decrease by 0.4%, and it decreases even more when applying CSR in the country so, at the end, more jobs will be occupied.

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial para las organizaciones es importante, debido a que nos ayuda a mitigar el desempleo, manteniendo los puestos de trabajo ocupados; la RSE radica en la construcción del desarrollo sostenible, la cual tiene un sistema de gestión que beneficia a las empresas y colaboradores. El objetivo de estudio fue indagar la influencia que tiene la responsabilidad social empresarial en el desempleo. La muestra fue constituida por 16 años tomados del INEC, se realizó un estudio deductivo en donde se utilizó el método descriptivo en el periodo comprendido 2006-2021, mediante el tratamiento de datos estadísticos se usó Stata-14 donde se aplicó series de tiempo junto con el filtro Holdrick-Prescott. Se obtuvo que para el mes de diciembre del año 2021 la tasa de desempleo tiende a disminuir en 0.4%, sabiendo que al aplicarse la RSE en el país dicha tasa podría disminuir, teniendo más puestos de trabajo ocupados.
