Resumen:
This research work addresses a study on communication between the family and the school in the teaching-learning process. In the first instance we work on the 10nálisis10 study which is the teaching-learning process; followed by the field of research specified in communicative interactions, where reference is made to the historical evolution of communicative interactions in the teaching-learning process, the communicative interactions established between the family and the school, and the process are characterized of teaching – learning, as well as contextualizing the 10nálisis in the educational institution, obtaining as a result the initial situation and the 10nálisi causes of the 10nálisis.

Este trabajo de investigación aborda un estudio sobre la comunicación entre la familia y escuela en el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje. En primera instancia se trabaja en el objeto de estudio el cual es el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje; seguido del campo de la investigación concretado en las interacciones comunicativas, donde se hace referencia a la evolución histórica de las interacciones comunicativas en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje, se caracterizan las interacciones comunicativas que se establecen entre la familia y la escuela, y el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje, como también se contextualiza la problemática en la institución educativa obteniendo como resultado la situación inicial y las posibles causas del problema.
