Resumen:
In the present work, the regime of temporary admission with re-exportation in the same state will be analyzed for the international company Rocar S.A. according to the organic code of production, trade and investment (COPCI) that provide services in the Ecuadorian territory and explain the procedure to be followed before the customs authority SENAE when the machinery that enters this regime suffer breakdowns what they must do when importing the spare parts to replace the damaged ones and they are operative developing the work of which they won the contest so that they fulfill the terms established in the contract knowing the importance and the benefits that the customs regimes offer to the two parties that intervene in the international trade.

En el presente trabajo se analizará el régimen de admisión temporal con reexportación en el mismo estado para la empresa internacional Rocar S.A. según el código orgánico de la producción comercio e inversiones (COPCI) que prestan los servicios en el territorio ecuatoriano y se explicará el procedimiento a seguir ante la autoridad aduanera SENAE cuando las maquinarias que ingresan bajo este régimen sufren averías lo que deben de hacer al importar los repuestos para reemplazar los dañados y estén operativas desarrollando la obra de la que ganaron el concurso para que cumplan con los plazos establecidos en el contrato conociendo la importancia y los beneficios que brindan los regímenes aduaneros a las dos partes que intervienen en el comercio internacional.
