dc.description	The work one carries out in the Facilities of the Poultry Farm San Vicente of Agrolomas Co. Ltda, in the parish San Roque, in the city of Piñas County of El Oro (altitude 1126 m snm). The objectives of this investigation were: To evaluate Acidificantes and Efficient Microorganisms as promoters of production of eggs, to Settle down what treatment it demonstrated to be more efficient from the productive point of view, and for the final consumer's alimentary security. You uses the design totally at random with six treatments and four repetitions, to carry out this investigation 1245 hens of the genetic line ISA Brown Hendrix Genetics of 20 weeks of posture was used, they grouped the cages in a number of five obtaining this way approximately 50 hens for treatment; The treatments that were used were Acidificante + Antibiotic, Acidificante + EM, Acidificante, Antibiotic, EM, Control. To measure the variables of food consumption, increment of weight and nutritious conversion, you weight the not consumed food and to the birds weekly until concluding the rehearsal. To measure the quality of the egg by means of the color of the yolk you uses the fan calorimeter of Roche. Of the results you reached the following conclusions: 1.- The application in an associate way as of individual form of Acidificantes and EM they helped to improve the production of eggs.2. - With the application of EM it was achieved smaller food consumption, better nutritious conversion and a quality of superior egg, demonstrating that it is the most efficient non antibiotic alternative to improve the production in the egg-laying ones commercial and to guarantee the final consumer's alimentary security .	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El trabajo se realizó en las Instalaciones de la Granja Avícola San Vicente de Agrolomas Cía. Ltda., en la parroquia San Roque, en la ciudad de Piñas Provincia de El Oro (altitud 1126 msnm). Los objetivos de esta investigación fueron: Evaluar Acidificantes y microorganismos eficientes como promotores de producción de huevos, Establecer qué tratamiento demostró ser más eficiente desde el punto de vista productivo, y para la seguridad alimentaria del consumidor final. Se utilizó el diseño completamente al azar con seis tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones, Para realizar esta investigación se utilizaron 1245 gallinas de la línea genética ISA Brown Hendrix Genetics de 20 semanas de postura, se agruparon las jaulas en un número de cinco obteniendo así 50 gallinas por tratamiento aproximadamente; Los tratamientos que se utilizaron fueron Acidificante + Antibiótico, Acidificante + EM, Acidificante, Antibiótico, EM, Control. Para medir la calidad del huevo por medio del color de la yema se utilizó el abanico calorímetro de Roche. De los resultados se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: 1.-La aplicación de forma asociada como de forma individual de Acidificantes y EM ayudaron a mejorar la producción de huevos. 2.- Con la aplicación de EM se logró menor consumo de alimento, mejor conversión alimenticia y una calidad de huevo superior, demostrando que es la alternativa no antibiótica más eficiente para mejorar la producción en las ponedoras comerciales y garantizar la seguridad alimentaria del consumidor final.	es_ES
