dc.description	International trade grows and with it the foreign investment, and the incentive of exports and imports bilaterally between countries or by agreement and trade agreements between bloc and regions, aiming at the economic development of all nations, The theme is To investigate the impact of the correct application of General Rule 5b, when classifying Containers, Packaging and Continents. Imports in Ecuador have increased to generate competitiveness in domestic markets, imported products are of benefit to the consumer since the domestic industry does not cover the existing demand in the country. In order to carry out an importation it is necessary to know the harmonized system of designation of codes of merchandise this was created with the purpose of having a common language at the moment of making the imports and not to eat errors at the moment of the classification of the goods. The objective is to determine the incidences that arise when classifying the goods framed in General Interpretative Rule Number 5, specifically the goods established in rule 5b at the time of their importation. The methodology of the research is descriptive and qualitative, for further development of the subject, which deals directly with the correct classification of goods, specifically containers and similar continents. The results of this research contribute more knowledge of the good use of the General Interpretative Rule for the classification of goods established in the same, without presenting errors at the time of classification and therefore of the import procedure.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El Comercio Internacional crece y con este la inversión extrajera, y el incentivo de a las exportaciones e importación de forma bilateral entre países o mediante acuerdo y tratados comerciales entre bloque y regiones, teniendo como finalidad el desarrollo económico de todas las naciones, El tema es investigar la incidencia de la correcta aplicación de la Regla General 5b, al clasificar los Envases, Embalajes y Continentes. Las importaciones en Ecuador se han incrementado generando competitividad en los mercados nacionales, los productos importados son de beneficio para el consumidor puesto que la industria nacional no cubre la demanda existente en el país. Para realizar una importación se debe conocer el sistema armonizado de designación de códigos de mercancías este fue creado con el propósito de tener un lenguaje común al momento de realizar las importaciones y no comerte errores al momento de la clasificación de las mercancías. El objetivo es determinar las incidencias que se presenta al clasificar las mercancías enmarcadas en la Regla General Interpretativa Número 5, específicamente las mercancías establecidas en la regla 5b al momento de su importación. La metodología de la investigación es descriptiva y cualitativa, para mayor desarrollo del tema, que trata directamente de la correcta clasificación de mercancías, específicamente los envases y continentes similares. Los resultados de esta investigación aportan más conocimiento del buen uso de la Regla General Interpretativos para la clasificación de mercancías establecidas en la misma, sin presentar errores al momento de la clasificación y por ende del trámite de la importación.	es_ES
