| dc.description | Preterm birth is an event that occurs before the week 37 of pregnancy, becoming one of the main complication of perinatal health. It is one of the principal causes of perinatal morbidity and mortality. In the world every year, around 15 million babies are born before the reaching term, the majority of surviving premature infants suffer some type of disability for life, becoming a real global problem; According to bibliography, the premature deliveries are divided into: late delivery, very premature delivery and considerably premature delivery; In other classification there is spontaneous premature delivery with the opening of uterine contractions and premature delivery by medical attribution, that can be by cesarean section or induced delivery because of the danger it presents. The objective of this research is to describe the process of attention and priority care in the nursing field, in patients with preterm labor and its risk factors. By the literature reviewed, the process of identification between the nursing care and the patient with early delivery as well as their main risk factors was identified through journals, scientific articles and statistics of the Ministry of Public Health; the analysis of 25 scientific articles that corresponded to the last five years in relation to the study problem. Through the application of the nursing care process in patients with premature problems, it would be possible to plan, evidence, detail and execute the actions to be performed in the mother, the new baby born with prematurity problems, determining the risk factors that cause the problems, and in this way be able to achieve a prompt recovery and well-being in the general state of health. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El parto prematuro es un acontecimiento que sucede antes de cumplir 37 semanas de embarazo, siendo la principal complicación de salud perinatal. Es una de las primeras causas de morbilidad y mortalidad perinatal. Cada año nacen en el mundo alrededor de 15 millones de bebes antes de llegar a término, la mayor parte de prematuros que sobreviven sufren algún tipo de discapacidad de por vida, resultando un verdadero problema global; según bibliografía se estima su división en parto tardío, muy prematuros y considerablemente prematuros; en su clasificación existe espontánea con la apertura de las contracciones uterinas y por atribución médica, sea por cesárea o parto debido al peligro que presenta. El objetivo de esta investigación es describir el proceso de atención y cuidados prioritarios de enfermería en pacientes con parto prematuro y sus factores de riesgo. Mediante la revisión bibliográfica se identificó el proceso de atención de enfermería en pacientes con parto prematuro y sus principales factores de riesgo, se obtuvo información a través de revistas, artículos científicos y estadísticas del Ministerio de Salud Pública, se analizó 25 artículos científicos que correspondían a los últimos cinco años en relación al problema de estudio. Mediante la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería en pacientes con parto prematuro, permitirá planificar, evidenciar, detallar y ejecutar las acciones que se le va a realizar a la madre, al recién nacido con problemas de prematurez determinando los factores de riesgo causantes y así lograr una pronta recuperación y bienestar en el estado de salud. | es_ES |
