dc.descriptionInclusion and equity are a challenge in the educational system, considering the preparation and commitment of educational actors, although it is currently an obligation according to the law, which is why a new conceptualization is analyzed to promote quality and warmth in the field educational. It is therefore important to define the concept of equity and inclusion and the differences with the term Integration that usually confuse them, having totally different objectives in the current educational reality. A brief comparison of some countries in Latin America, such as Uruguay, Chile, Costa Rica and Ecuador, among others, has been carried out on how they have implemented norms and alternatives that improve the exclusion rate of boys and girls in education. The realization of this work, includes inclusion and equity as a theme of education. That is why the reader will visualize the importance and strategies to solve conflicts in the classroom without any violence, allowing students to be example, in their homes and in society through their actions. For this reason, the use of appropriate methodologies in teaching is of vital importance to the teacher.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa inclusión y la equidad constituyen un desafío en el sistema educativo, considerando la preparación, compromiso de los actores educativos, aunque actualmente es una obligación según la ley, motivo por el cual se analiza una nueva conceptualización para fomentar la calidad y calidez en el campo educativo. Por ello es importante definir el concepto de equidad e inclusión y las diferencias con el término Integración que generalmente suelen confundirlos, teniendo objetivos totalmente diferentes en la realidad educativa actual. Así mismo se realiza una breve comparación de algunos países de Latinoamérica: como Uruguay, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador entre otros, de cómo han implementado normas y alternativas que mejoran el índice de exclusión de los niños y niñas en la educación. La realización de este trabajo, encierra la inclusión y la equidad como un tema propio de la educación. Es por ello que el lector visualizará la importancia y estrategias para resolver conflictos en el aula sin violencia alguna, permitiendo que los estudiantes sean ejemplo, en sus hogares y en la sociedad a través de sus acciones. Por esta razón, el uso de metodologías adecuadas en la enseñanza es de vital importancia para el docente.es_ES
