At present there is a great quantity and poor quality food this is in rapid increase is very worrying because every day greater energy investment is required. Today it is important to establish the productive capacity of foliage and set the heights that presents the greatest benefits of sustainability in the exploitation and production of biomass moringa which is within the 5th goal of the Plan of Good Living 2013, which has been established as overall objective to determine the effect of cutting height on the performance of Moringa leaf trees established for the purpose of its fresh use and dehydrated as a sustainable source of raw material, raising specifically as targets to evaluate the cutting height in plant moringa allow the best yields of fresh biomass into its components of total coarse and fine leaf for fresh consumption, and determine whether production of sheet dehydrated moringa and its components are influenced by the height of cut trees established. So it came to be established as a working hypothesis that the determination of the optimum cutting height moringa to increase production of vegetable raw material, will establish management system of this species for the production of raw material from foliage of this plant. So an experimental work with field phase, within an experimental design randomized block design (DBA) was established, where four heights on trees 3.5 years of age and who were in total abandonment were measured, these being at 40, 60 and 80 cm above the ground. Should be noted that no risks were made to the test area and production variables biomes in freso been taken both total, consisting of coarse material and fine ribs that made up the leaflets of the leaf; likewise they were evaluated, but dry or dehydrated state, these yields were obtained in kilograms per hectare projected one year since the cutoff frequency of each harvest was 42 days or 6 weeks. The values obtained were subjected to the test of homogeneity and it was necessary to transform root (x + 1). With regard to the production of fresh biomass resulted in its various components as a total presented significant when analyzed by analysis of variance with a level of 95% confidence where two homogeneous statistical groups were found according to the LSD test statistical difference Fisher 95% confidence which the height of 60 cm had a better production variable total biomass thick and 80 cm to the fresh biomass fine. In evaluating the performance of dry biomassa the situation in the analysis of variance was similar to that of fresh, equally to be subjected to the test of contrasts where a slight differentiation exists in production at the height of 80 cm in variables total, coarse and fine biomass.es_ES
