The present investigation on banana growth inducer, was carried out in the San Carlos place belonging to the canton Balao of the Guayas province in the Elizabeth #3 farm, with the following objectives: 1. To establish the action of the growth inducer in the banana cultivation and 2. To establish phenotypical differences during the phases of development of the crop until the 14 weeks of age of the plants. It was proceeded to define the parcels in study for the application of the treatments, previous to the transplant of the small plants variety meristematic Williams. Once realized the transplant 10 plants/parcel/treatment were selected, them there were labeling for its respective identification. A period of appropriate time of two weeks was expected for the adaptation of the plants to their new habitat, and after this time it was carried out the first application of the inducer of growth, foliar fertilizers and biostimulant of natural and synthetic origin, for each one of the respective treatments. The experimental design that was used was that of Blocks at random, with five treatments and five replications totaling 25 experimental units in the assay. The evaluated variables were: weekly plant height, weekly leaf longitude, weekly leaf width, weekly pseudostem diameter, weekly total number of leaves, foliar area at the end of the assay, radicular volume at the end of the assay, weekly foliar emission and initial and final coloration of the leaves. The variance analyses and the Duncan tests at 5% of probabilities gave statistical significance for the evaluated variables, giving as better treatment the inducer of growth Crop + Plus, differing from the other ones even thought these also reached significant results in the investigation.es_ES
