| Descripción : | Completion of this work is to analyze the overall performance of vehicular traffic on Via Alejandro Castro Benitez from the track until June 25 via Luis Angel Leon Roman and his research was conducted within the framework of the factors involved in this pathway, it allows vehicular decongestion for entry and exit of the city of Machala on Avenida June 25th, taking the alternative heading this way to the South sector of the city. The area of influence of the streets and neighborhoods where the aforementioned track, there are educational institutions, health, sports clubs, etc .; providing the population of an infrastructure with the needs and desires of its inhabitants, the population indirectly Sector East that will better functional and orderly presentation will benefit. Using descriptive statistical methodology of traffic counting it was performed by determining the volume of vehicles that use and operation of all the technical characteristics of the track. On the way, Alejandro Castro Benitez has been detected disrespect of certain members of the community to take the pedestrian area and the bike path parking their vehicles in this area, for which corrective action should be taken through the corresponding body in As for streetlights should be given the respective maintenance by certain damage caused by the natural environment. The scope of the results of this report is planned to determine corrective maintenance work, routine and periodic to build alternate routes following the satellite Luis Leon Roman should be expanded to four lanes and its intersection with the route Alejandro Castro Benitez placement of traffic lights. |
| Resumen : | La realización de este trabajo tiene como objetivo general analizar el funcionamiento del tráfico vehicular en la Vía Alejandro Castro Benítez desde la vía 25 de Junio hasta vía Luis Ángel León Román y su investigación se desarrolló en el marco de los factores que intervienen en esta vía, la misma que permite el descongestionamiento vehicular para el ingreso y salida de la ciudad de Machala por la Avenida 25 de Junio, teniendo la alternativa de dirigirse por esta vía hacia el sector Sur de la ciudad. El área de influencia directa de las calles y barrios donde se encuentra la referida vía, existen establecimientos educacionales, de salud, clubes deportivos, etc.; dotando a la población de una infraestructura acorde con las necesidades y anhelos de sus habitantes, indirectamente se beneficiara la población del Sector Este que tendrá mejor presentación funcional y ordenada. Empleando metodología estadística descriptiva se realizó el conteo de tráfico determinando el volumen de vehículos que utilizan, así como el funcionamiento de todas las características técnicas de la vía. En la vía, Alejandro Castro Benítez se ha podido detectar el irrespeto de ciertos miembros de la comunidad al ocupar el área peatonal y la ciclovía estacionando sus vehículos en esta zona, para lo cual se deben tomar las medidas correctivas a través del organismo correspondiente, en cuanto a los postes de alumbrado público debe dársele el respectivo mantenimiento por ciertos daños producidos por el entorno natural. El alcance de los resultados de este Informe se proyecta a determinar labores de mantenimiento correctivo, rutinario y periódico para construir vías alternas a continuación de la vía Luis León Román que debería ser ampliada a cuatro carriles y en su intersección con la vía Alejandro Castro Benítez la colocación de semaforización. |
